We hosted our first-ever regional research symposium at Troy University on February 23, 2024. Faculty, students, and postdocs from regional colleges and universities gathered to discussed exciting chemistry research and share new ideas. In all, we had 67 attendees with 14 oral presentations and 24 poster presentations representing all areas of chemistry. Special thanks to our Keynote Speaker Vince Ortiz for inspiring us with his call to chemistry.

This event will continue in future years with rotating hosting sites among the regional colleges and universities.
