The 3rd Annual Local Section Research Symposium (LSRS) was held at Auburn University in Auburn, AL on March 21, 2026. This meeting was organized by Auburn Faculty (Byron Farnum and Evert Duin) and featured 23 oral presentations and 39 poster presentations from students, postdocs, and faculty from across the local seciton. In total, 83 chemists attended the symposium, making our largest event yet.

We are greatly looking forward to next year’s symposium.
